A number of members have reported problems with the Tremblant website when trying to purchase SkiMax tickets.  Sometimes the problem can be resolved by changing browsers.  The following message is posted on the Tremblant website itself:

"If you are experiencing a technical issue during the online purchase process, please try again on mobile or dial at 1-866-783-5635."

Q. Why is my payment being rejected on an invalid postal code?

A. According to Wild Apricot, the software vendor...

….this is a common browser issue that's corrected on your member's end by taking the steps below:

1. Entering their information in manually
2. Clearing cache and cookies
3. Trying a different browser
4. Trying a different device

The postal code error can occur as a result of your member's auto-fill functionality, within their browser, interfering with the payment screen from AffiniPay. You will need to advise these members to fill in their information manually, and this should resolve the issue.
