NOTICE AND INVITATION TO THE NCSKICLUB

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

To the members of the National Capital Ski Club:

You are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Club which will be held in virtual mode, via Zoom, on Tuesday, November 16^th, 2021 at 19h30. Please register if you plan to attend. All members who have paid their annual dues will receive the details of the virtual meeting a few days before November 16^th.

The meeting will be held for the following purposes:

To receive the financial statements and the President’s report for the financial year ended July 31, 2021;
To adopt a resolution not to appoint a public accountant; and
To elect Directors.

Meeting documents are available from the page "AGM Documents" which is part of the "Members Zone" on our website.

One of the items on the agenda will be the election of Directors for positions becoming vacant this year. The Club is directed by volunteers. Club directors have a say in the Club’s activities and orientations and form a fun team. If you are interested in joining the Board as Director, send a message to secretary@ncskiclub on or before November 8, 2021.

A proxy form is available. If you are not planning to attend the virtual Annual General Meeting and would like to be represented, please sign and return it. This will allow us to ensure that we have a quorum.
